We don't blow them up because of who they are, we blow them up because they hate our freedom.
From their point of view (and I'm not defending their point of view) Blowed up is Blowed up.

I tried to keep the events within the United States, I didn't count the ones that were/are collateral damage of war. Stopped at 5

I can't think of a single example. Of course from their point of view (and I'm not defending their point of view) getting blowed-up by the most powerful organized war machine in the history of the world is almost as bad as getting blowed-up by a few random individuals.

Are you current on all the daily news of any muslim countries, how about Italy, or Japan. That's not a very good argument. Perhaps that's how some of them see or military or oil drillings setups. I don't know.

We blow them up because we want to control their oil. When we control their dictators, and they keep the populace under control, thereby keeping oil prices stable, we have peace. When they get fed up with our dictator, and decide to run their own show, we have Iran.

When Israel is threatened, we are the "big brother" that the little brother knows everyone is afraid of. Sometimes little brother acts in ways he shouldn't, knowing he's got cover.

BTW - which state refuses to comply with the nuclear non-proliferation treaty?

Once I heard "jewry", I was outta there! The global Jewish-conspiracy BS is what gets anti-Semitism going. :bolt:

Legitimate criticism of national policy being influenced by a foreign country (Israel, in this case) is not Anti-Semitism.

Being a Southern Baptist until most of my life, I've heard the flip side of Anti-Semitism from the pulpit and congregation so much that it is embarrassing to admit that I subjected myself and my family to that for as long as I did.

The official attitude seems to be subjection of American independence to whatever Israel wants. To deny any aspect of Israel's right to exist, deny non-Jews same rights as other citizens of their country, torture prisoners, expand territory, even attack an American warship- is paramount to heresy.

It's too easy to simply point at a group (Muslim. Jew, Whatever) and say "they aren't like us" "they want to destroy us because of how we live".
Most of the world couldn't care less how we live. They care that we influence how THEY live. Why?

What's so hard about having a secure border, dealing with all nations as neighbors, favoring none above the other? Be mean and strong enough that no one wants to mess with you, and don't waste one drop of American blood in any conflict not in our defense.

Sending any American off to risk life and limb for anything else is treason. Smedley Butler had it figured out.
