Volume Front Squat today.

Warmup:

Row 1600 meters on a 30 second slow-medium-sprint repeating cycle
20 10lb plate squats
10 ground to overhead with 10lb plate
Stretches

Front Squat: Sets of 10-8-6-4-2-4-6-8-10.

Start at 65% training weight and increase to 90% at lowest reps…then work back down in weight as reps go up.

One set of 3 to 5 seated box jumps in between each set

(4 minute clock on sets, to include changing weights, lifting and box jumps.)

Taking 2 weeks off to go skiiing with family at our annual Xmas meetup this coming weekend at Lake Tahoe. The lodge we stay at has a workout facility so I will be able to get workouts in a couple times a week and some needed time away from family. Its the food that will be a challenge, not lack of but alot of options enticing me to over indulge. Hopefully I can work it all off skiing with the kids if my knee holds up one more time.

Ran 5.4 yesterday at TM. Set a new PR for myself by a few seconds.
Probably done until next week, gonna finish up this week with some power eating, lots of walking, and hopefully lifting a heavy wild pig or two.
