Today's workout was dead lifts, squats, and inclined sit-ups followed by 30 minutes of elliptical work and then 20 minutes of walking/jogging on the track. Those squats are gonna hurt for a while...

today I did 15 sets of 10 squats with just the bar working on a strict high bar narrow stance tweaking my foot position until it felt right. Followed that with Romanian deadlifts then shrugs. Diet is slacking but oh well, It will fall into place as I progress.

Today was warmup, then heavy bench, then clean and jerk technique practice then:

5 min EMOTM (focus on technique)
C&J
Immediately into,
12 min AMRAP
3 Squat Clean
6 Front Squat
9 Push Press
200 m run

Then
5 mile run after work.

I was quite proud of my 6 - 5 minute rounds on the heavy bag 'til I saw Jims workout... wow, very impressive man.
