Quick leg day today.

Leg press
10x150
12 x 240 lbs
10x 250
8 x 260

Calf extensions
10x130
12x150
10x165
8x180

2 lengths of lunges with a 20lbs dumbbell in each hand

15min on the ark trainer, it said 225 calories burned.

Food wise my app says I can have 825 more calories (day total of 2080)
I'm using the my fitness pal app to track calories and I also have a Garmin vivofit with heart rate monitor to help track stuff

Good morning!

Today's workout is a repeat of Tuesday, that's our "homework" from the session with our Trainer last Friday. I'm not looking forward to the reverse bear crawls right now...

not really an exercise log post, more of a progress post. moved a 70 gal aquarium out of my office and into the living room last night to make room for my smith machine . will be converting my home office into a weights room this weekend.

soon (after 2 years without lifting) i'll be back to where i can do my daily routine again.

Yesterday was supposed to be a rest day but ended up doing a light run and setting a new 5 rep max on bench press with my bride (Best motivation EVER is a female workout partner in yoga pants).

Today's workout isn't light...knowing what's coming is like waiting to get punched in the face.
