Can I join? I was doing real well. Then deer season hit and I took off. Since I have gotten home It's been hard to get back into my routine. I was doing well but have gained 8lbs since the first of November. With all of the stuff going on it's been too easy to skip workouts.

25 standard push ups
200 standard jump rope, 100 side to side jumps
kettle ball swings
reverse bear crawl
10 cg pull ups
25 standard push ups
30 inch step ups 15 each leg
1 min wall squat
total of three sets, changed push and pull up grips/position each set.
