So I'm moving to Bixby and when I did my application for water they told me they don't have trash service.....really???? What do you guys do for trash service?

I’ve been paying $11 a month since 2010. I think they may discount 10% if you pay 12 months in advance.
Forget Owens; they have poorly maintained trucks that are noisy and spew hydraulic oil all over the streets.
