From a Glock 30SF to P229

My wife likes the 30SF so I am going to give it to her. I am looking into picking up the Sig P229. I've held the P229 and it feels good in the hand.

What kind of a shot will the P229 be compared to the 30SF?

Depends on which trigger comes with the 229. I use a DA/SA for duty and that first pull is long and heavy, but shoots nice with the SA. The gun doesn't fit my hand right so I'm not to fond of it. I've also found that it needs to be wet to run well. Shot placement will only be as good as you put it on the target.
