It's relaxing to me. Kind of like cleaning your golf clubs the night before a tournament. Clears the webs. Darn near Zen.
I have a cleaning day. One time a year for everything but the competition guns that get cleaned before every match.

My son and I get together in the dead of winter, you know when cabin fever sets in and you're going stir crazy. Of course we talk all the time but there's just something about shooting the breeze and cleaning guns we look forward to each year.
