The News9 story I read said White retained Adams...I thought White was the "victim" ???

Kyle White said Former Lieutenant Mark Bruning had him arrested for public intoxication last month after the Mumford and Sons concert, even though he was not intoxicated.

So maybe they got it backwards? trying to find the original blurb...

FWIW, I think Mr. Adams, if he is indeed taking Bruning's case, might want to reconsider if he asks around town. It won't be hard for White's attorney to find a long list of folks to testify against Bruning. (from what I am reading...I have never encountered LT Bruning, or any other Guthrie PD officer for that matter...)
