IIRC, the usual easement for a two-lane public road in Oklahoma is 33 feet from the centerline of the road.
If you're hunting from a tree stand (that's attached to a tree), I imagine that they'd have a hard time making a case that you were shooting from the roadway even if it was really close to the road.
