The lady is 94 years old. I kind of wonder if she will live long enough to collect because you know darn good and well they're going to drag their feet as long as possible before they pay out.
If she kicks off her estate will still have the judgement. They just ought to payup because there isn't an appeal available to them, unless they just do like they do with gun laws and ignore SCOTUS.

Hmm. In a lawsuit, if you win a judgment and the other side fails to pay up, you can get a writ and a deputy and start loading up their stuff in a moving van until you get enough stuff to cover the value of the judgment. (Lehto has occasionally discussed cases where he or a colleague has done just that--the funniest was when an attorney in Florida did it to a collections company.)

I wonder if they could get the deputies to start hauling stuff out of the county offices...
