I have one that I found online years ago and just modify to suit my needs. I'll post it up later if I remember. Have a lot of Honey Do's and prepping to do tonight before I leave tomorrow.

I'll be spending all evening loading my truck tomorrow. Everything else is pretty much ready to go. backpack has already been reloaded after ML season. just need to get snacks for the weekend.

I keep forgetting to put "freshly killed deer" on my checklist 
flashlight is rechargeable and mounted in the truck. toilet paper and extra mantles for the lantern were two I didn't have packed.
This one has a ton of stuff, I copied all of this to a word document and modified it to suit my needs. Good luck everyone. I'm finalizing my stuff now and I'm leaving in a couple of hours to get to the cabin...
