Until I tried appendix carrying my j frame. I despised this position with my larger guns but then I tried it with a snubbie and it actually fells pretty good.

Time will tell if I like it in the long haul.

I'm afraid my gut has grown too big for an IWB holster, they're just not comfortable anymore. I prefer my Charter Oak pancake with a jacket or untucked shirt.
