you have to notarize a title somewhere with you alls signatures, but i believe that is it.

This and make sure she transfers the title. There is also a tag agency form you can fill out showing you sold the car in case it runs toll booths or something before the title is transferred.

I'm pretty sure that exemption only works for between spouses, or between parents and children.
