Well, if thousands a day are crossing undetected, then thousands have gotten through. Abu Henricki, the guy behind the ISIS plot in the OP is a poor example of a master mind is all I'm saying. This particular Abu plot. Could Abu have been a contender? Maybe so, but I doubt it.
