It's been a year as of yesterday...

I'm a big fan of Raymond Chandler and Dashiell Hammett so I'll have to check this guy out.

Hammett is one of my favorites.

I would love to have had a couple more Cole and Hitch books. The dialoge was very well written

I own all of the Jesse Stone books on paperback. One of them (Stone Cold) courtesy of you, ol' buddy.

I also own all of the Sunny Randall's as well as all the Cole & Hitch novels too. Just waiting for Blue-Eyed Devil to be released on paperback.

I sure hope there are many more.

Yup. It's a good read, just not as good as the Cole & Hitch books IMO.

Two others by RBP that I truly love (and own on paperback ) are All Our Yesterdays and Double Play.

Speaking of which... whatever happened to your novel you were working on?

My novel. Yeah. Well...ummm......it's kinda on hiatus for a while. Maybe for good.

Just watching Apaloosa. It's the shootout between Hitch and Brag at the end. I love this part.
