Who's panic buying? Aside from a few boxes of 55gr .223 (Tula and Remington) several months ago I haven't bought 5.56 in years. My supply is...ample...and was purchased when it was nearly half price from where it is now.

Lots of people have been panic buying because of the BS going on in the ME. Also false claims about lake city shutting down commercial sales came out around the same time which set people online in a frenzy. After Oct 7th 556 jumped like .10 cpr overnight. Places like SGAmmo jump up quite a bit (gouging their customers).
