From the OK Driver's Handbook....................

PASSING HB 1368 which amends 47:11-309 requires drivers on multilane highways to remain in the right lane unless they are passing other vehicles. It does not apply to those driving in the far-left lane because of traffic conditions (i.e., vehicles stopped on the side of the road) or road configuration.

Seriously, I drive 412 to Tulsa and back from Stillwater every weekday and the worst ones are in the left lane going 65 in the 70 zone at 5:20 PM just past Sand Springs with a Big Rig next to them blasting road sand all over my windshield.
