How do I get invited to that party?
One of the members is a volunteer for the Oklahoma Youth Hunting and Shooting Program and has become a friend of mine. The other two are husband and wife and are friends of mine as well.
Back in my youth, hunting coyotes from airplanes was legal. My grandparents owned land around Coyle Ok. The neighbor had a small landing stip. There was a bounty on coyotes at that time. Shot from aircraft, hunted with dogs, chased by (my family) with mules, and grey hounds, there were miles and miles of dead coyotes hanging from every fence post along country roads.
Didn't even phase the population, but some folks made a little money, and had a lot of fun.
Currently the ODW makes "fly by's" on hog areas, shooting them from the air. They kill a ton of them, but no way in heck can they even come close to eradicating them. They will do this on private as well as public ground.
Good for them! I appreciate their efforts.

That's correct! Probably would have to throw in the "aim small, miss small" too.
With a 12 gauge #4 bout like rabbit hunting.
