DCP Midstream owned pipeline is what I read. They called it a "gathering pipeline" that connected multiple wells. Any interruption to supply is bad news right now.

DCP is bad about that. If they have a line down they will say screw it and reroute and send the gas down another line that isn’t meant for that much pressure and volume and in return they have things like this happen.

I've also heard this could be the result of the line freezing. As I understand it, gas is trapped in the ice and if thawed too quickly will cause it to leave the ice all at once. Much like throwing that Mentos into a diet Coke.
