I would go with a hotter one and add another ignition system to drill a second plug for each cylinder to get more spark at higher rpm's as you add some nitromethane to your fuel tank so you can outrun the rust buildup.

Just need to hit it with a wire brush and adjust the gap a little...it'll be fine.
