Neither my son nor daughter smoke and as far as I know my 3 grandchildren don't smoke. My parents didn't smoke and my siblings didn't smoke. I was just a rebellious kid growing up and started smoking when I would skip school with my buddies back then.
We would always take day road trips out of town, gas was 17 cents a gallon, cigarettes less than 30 cents a pack, we would stop at the B&D drive-in by the tracks and get a burger, sack of fries and a coke for 1.25 plus 2% tax. And that's how my cigarette habit started.
