As as aside, if Ginsberg dies or retires in the next year or so, Trump will likely nominate another conservative to the Court and that will really tip the balance to the right. I don't wish Justice Ginsberg ill, of course, but I do hope that she retires. I expect that she will try to hold out until the 2020 elections in the hope that a Democrat will name her replacement.

This is my problem with the current SCOTUS. Politics should not play any part in deciding court rulings. The law is supposed to be blind, this includes political affiliation.
