VA Healthcare Practitioners are prohibited from prescribing Hydroxychloriquine or Hydrochloroquine (Plaquenil) for either coronavirus prophylaxis or its treatment. Also, the VA has made it difficult for Providers to prescribe Plaquenil for patients diagnosed with Rheumatoid Disease or even to renew prescriptions for Plaquenil for patients with very long histories which they’d previously approved of its use. These policies are entirely politically motivated.

I don’t work for a Va facility. I’ve seen it prescribed at local facilities since last spring

Pharmacies are not allowed in OK to sell it even if you have a prescription. When I heard this last summer, I looked it up on the state pharmaceutical website and sure enough, it was true. A special application had to be filled out, submitted and then either approved or not.
Damndest thing I ever seen and AFAIK has NEVER happened before.
All politics and a liberal did this.
Maybe it works different in a hospital?

I would have to research it more, but looks like Gov. Still removed restrictions back in May

I asked my VA primary care Dr about using Ivermectin or HQ in December of 2020. He wouldn’t prescribe it as he stated it wasn’t available through the VA pharmacy.
The VA pharmacy doesn’t carry several different meds available to private physicians to be fair and I don’t know the reason why.
Around my area we have cowboy “doctors” that use it on their cattle taking it and dispensing it to to friends.
I won’t do it unless possible personal drug interactions were addressed.

UH OH: Cuomo aide admits they hid nursing home data so feds wouldn’t find out. “We froze” out of fear the true numbers would “be used against us”

And once again, mainstream media lags behind a bunch of centipedes on the internet. We knew this like half a year ago, they wait until they can't deny it anymore.

Outstanding! I hear from less and less people sent home after a positive test and no medication. They were only told to go to the hospital if they felt like they were dying.
