Here's a summary of HB2522. Supposed to be heard tomorrow morning.

"HB 2522 allows persons who obtain a license to carry a firearm pursuant to the Oklahoma Self Defense Act to carry the weapon openly or concealed. Allows a person to carry loaded and unloaded firearms for any legitimate purpose on the private property of the person. Prohibits a business from establishing any policy that prohibits a person from having ammunition in a locked motor vehicle in a parking lot set aside for motor vehicles. Provides that the lawful open carrying of a handgun pursuant to the Oklahoma Self Defense Act is not punishable by any municipality or other political subdivision of the state as disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace or similar offense against public order. Provides definition of unconcealed handgun. Provides that a person carrying a firearm pursuant to the Oklahoma Self Defense Act must display the handgun license upon request of a law enforcement officer. Lowers the fine for failure to provide license to law enforcement upon request from $500 to $100 and deletes language related to suspension of license."

Here's HB 2416:
"HB 2416 clarifies that accidental exposure of a concealed weapon by a concealed carry permit holder is not a violation of the carry concealed permit. Provides that no person acting under the authority of the state or political subdivision may prohibit or restrict the lawful possession of firearms during a proclaimed state of emergency.

Not sure I see what your talking about?

These lines. I'm probably just being dense, but I have no idea what those lines mean. :)
