On the side, my wife and I own a house at Lake of the Arbucles. We rent the house by the night. During the off season, we normally offer it for $175 per night.

It's approximate 1500 sq feet, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, has firepit and maybe .5 acres. Due to being next to the Chickasaw NRA, you can't buy anything on the water.
