Mossberg just put out a recall for certain models of .410 shotguns because it seems that releasing shells from the magazine can potentially cause them to discharge.

BANG! Some guy torched a round off from an “unloaded” 1911 at the gunsmith counter at Outdoor America when it was still open
I had a customer brainfart a .22 Raven in his back jean pocket when he pulled a bandana out to blow his nose. He did blow a 1/4" groove in his right butt cheek and the round broke the tile floor. He had to pay for repairing the tile and got 86 from the store permanently. There were 4 people standing within 3ft, lucky nobody got hit
