Possible Help Removing Staked AR15 Castle Nut?

I recently bought a Magpul ASAP sling adapter for my Colt AR. When I went to install the dang castle nut wouldn't budge. I noticed it's staked on. I never noticed before. I checked my other ARs and they are staked as well. The ASAP plate is pretty much useless to me unless I can get some help taking the castle nut off. Anyone have experience/tools to get it off in the Owasso/Tulsa area? If not I'll probably put the ASAP FS or FT in the classifieds.

You should be able to file the staking between the plate and castle nut, dremel would be handy too.

Vice and muscle. It will come right off.

If you don't have the right tools bring it to the shop and you can use our vise and wrench.
