Looks like Bundy wins

On Saturday, Clark County Sheriff Douglas C. Gillespie announced that the Bureau of Land Management would cease their persecution of cattle rancher Cliven Bundy. He also stated that Bundy’s cattle would be allowed to graze on the land.

In an emotional response, Bundy presented the Sheriff with an ultimatum, stating he had one hour to disarm the federal agency, to bring the arms to the protest site to be destroyed, and to remove their barricades.

The people won this battle. Evidently, the government does still have some fear of the people.

At the time they were talking about armed militia here, armed militia there, complete with "high power scopes" blah, blah, blah. The they talked about the group on horses blocking the road on the bridge south of Bunkerville. Apparently that group moved below the bridge with a bunch of people on foot. I saw pics of that later on. Most of it had to do with what police/BLM/HiPo units were being deployed and where.
Of course you had plenty of camp follower types and bikers taking advantage of the situation to be asses and a couple of auto accidents.
From just the comms it seemed pretty tense.

I would imagine so.

Folks in that area take their freedom to heart a lot more than some of those on the east or west coast.
