I watch it just to see how they celebrate when they win. Too bad they don't do this for honest people who ARE paying their car note. IMO they are the ones who deserve a break, most of the people on that show...well I hate to stereotype but...they are the ones who make a habit of not paying for stuff anyway if you catch my drift.
I think the show is retarded. It would seem to me that a camera crew and a buncha "tough guys" on your lawn would constitute a "breach of the peace". That would make it a "bad repo" and even a crappy attorney should be able to get your car back, plus have it paid off and then some in punative damages. But what do I know...I just worked for a finance company in the repo department. It seems to me that this show is one huge liability, and much of it seems staged.
Stupid crap. Ok/local laws would stop or make illegal 90% of the shows content. Other states may be different. One more reason for me to not watch TV
