So on a different note, I just read all about the $24M lawsuit against Bryco/Jennings due to a misfire that paralyzed a 7 year old in 2003(?). The plaintiff was pointing the gun at the kid while clearing it when it misfire due to a design flaw. The design flaw is their fault, but not where the weapon was pointing when it fired. Thoughts?

Yeah I don't think a court will rule in favor of the plaintiff here.

If so, Remington would have gone under as a result of all of their 700 safety issues and the lives it took.

The case I was talking about already happened, Bryco had to declare bankruptcy because of it. I wouldn't think the plaintiff would have won either.
