I heard that some knows who the shooter is and that they need to make contact with a witness for further.

Sniper is currently set up at 50 Penn Place and awaiting additional sniper(s). Will be letting folks out of the mall shortly. Waiting for status on the victim.

Police spokesman just said two individuals in a shoe store got into an argument with one pulling a gun shooting the other person in the chest.
Victim was rushed to the hospital.
The shooter has not been found.
Police said it was an isolated incident.

I thought I also heard it was a gang related beef. Makes sense 1 shot probably a domestic or drug deal.

I saw that. What an idiot! If more people were carrying concealed they wouldn't be wondering where the shooter is now. He wouldn't of made it outta the shoe store.
