We all think that's funny,,,
Because the cameraman was a smug jerk.

But stop and think about that smug guard,,,
He didn't hesitate one second on his decision to use that taser.

This is becoming more and more prevalent in modern society,,,
Just because it's non-lethal cops think it's okay,,,
Wait until one tases you just because he can,,,
You'll sing a different song about then.

A cop tased my ex-wife in Riverside, California,,,
Her "crime" was to tell him she had to get inside to go to work.

She didn't try to push past him,,,
She reached in her purse to get her PD ID card,,,
He zapped her twice before a cop who recognized her stopped him.

She was a Police Dispatcher called in for extra hours during the Rodney King deliberations.

His excuse was,,,
"Hey I only tased her. I could have shot her."

So go ahead and laugh at this scenario,,,
But cops with tasers is a very slippery slope my friends.

What happened to him and what happen to her are different, you can exercise your rights within the law without having to act and say what he did, how many times do they have to tell him he's not bringing in that camera, if it's in his rights to do so, use the law, sue if you have to. I however think this is what he wanted, remember him saying, " it's not like I haven't been tased before"

The Bailiffs were content to let him be a tool until he touched them, when he was trying to push past them down the hall. But when he touched them physically, that unwanted touching or 'simple assault' did him in..... he was bought & paid for after that. I know of some OHP & Texas State Troopers that would darn-near break a guys arm using pain compliance holds while cuffing someone up for pushing against them like that. Heck, they will give you a good shove back onto your butt if you get in their face & don't touch them. The claim would be that droplets of spit & bad breath was hitting them in the face when you were talking to them.

I thought it kind of funny that the younger bailiff saw him for what he was right off. He was smiling the whole time almost laughing in his face and deservedly so.

My point is that cops are now using their Tasers as street punishment.

Gentlemen, that ain't right!

The two bailiffs should have just placed the cameraman under arrest,,,
Tasers were originally approved to bring down people who are resisting arrest,,,
And in this case there was not even an attempt to arrest the cameraman before they tased him.

The selling point for the tasers was/is an officer safety thing,,,
Those officers were not in any kind of danger at all,,,
They tased him because they wanted to.

This is the exact same thing as that 200+ pound Texas cop who tasered a 70+ year old woman at a traffic stop,,,
She was giving him lip and being a she-witch but don't tell me he thought he was in any danger,,,
He tased the woman because she pissed him off is all.

Like I said,,,
Laugh at the cameraman's plight,,,
But when you piss some cop off and he tases you,,,
I guarantee you will be singing a different song than you are doing now.

The law is there to provide us all with a sane environment,,,
Not to allow a person with a badge a license to tase someone simply because he can.
