I don't buy it for a second, and I want to know why they haven't smacked down the IFMA for "negotiating" something like this and then endorsing it. It seems with even a rudimentary reading of the facts that this should be a bill to be staunchly fought from its very inception.

I call it spin, and not very convincing spin, at that. Backpedaling.
