I know it is probably supposed to be a funny video but what I get from it is some adults would rather act this way and treat children this way instead of starting them off with proper instructions that are not belittling.
At the end the child looks to be clamming up and resorting to what she knows.

Saw one of those yesterday with 2 17yr old boys. The didn't have a nag yelling at them.
It's funny to watch them try to figure it out; they don't know if they should lift the receiver or not.
But, you can't really expect them to know how to use something they've never seen.
