This must be a lie or junk science. Where is the usual crowd to say this is made up? On the plus side with all we hear about how many different ailments marijuana can cure these should be some very health homeless people.

That's not the point of the post. Drunks don't move across the country to intentionally become homeless to partake of the bud.

That's because alcohol is legal (almost) nationwide. Reinstitute prohibition in forty-eight states and five'll get you twenty you see some serious migration.

The pot heads are moving to Co. to take advantage of their liberal social policy's to live off the tax payer dime and stay high. If it weren't for the ability to live on the street on our dime, and get three squares a day at a shelter so they can beg/steal/etc to get their daily high, they wouldn't be there.

Tulsa has in the past had a large seasonal migratory homeless population. And they have been very open about coming there because Tulsa has great places to take care of them. They do make the effort to hitch a ride cross-country to get to a place they have heard has nicer facilities and/or programs or ones they have known themselves in the past.
