It's common sense. You have a government regulatory agency that safeguards public safety, and because of corporate pressure, releases a less than safe product early, to enhance profits.
Ca you think of examples where an early release of a product has endangered public safety?
Is there a possibility that corporate interests have an undue influence on government regulators?
