Augy was a true sheepdog to the very end: Even after the det' of the IED and despite his wounds, he took the radio and established contact with the TOC. This was a complex attack and the ensuing firefight stacked five of the enemy. A memorial fund for Augy's widow has been established at BancFirst as the "Memorial Fund for Augustus Vicari". Rest easy, brother.

Bump it, as well as add that I heard another one of our local boys was injured in an IED attack. Don't want to give out info, as the person who told me got the info from this soldiers dad. Bottom line, keep them in your prayers, till they ALL come home.
