Wearing Gun License around the neck

Okay today at work i get this guy notice he's wearing something around his neck. It was his License in a protector on a lanyard on his neck. I see people going home and all that work nearby with their Id's on a lot. He was OCing. Thought about asking about it didn't though. Anyone else seen this?

I was at an estate auction yesterday. Some guy with a chambray shirt that hung half way to his knees, had the right side jacked up to OC his high point.

Yep, he has the right to do so.
