If you have other postage paid return envelopes stick it in some one else’s , if you’re energetic energetic include a joke or limerick.
I used to know a guy who said he'd take them down to the machine shop and fill the prepaid return envelopes with metal scraps then tape them up good, knowing that they were charged based on weight.

I'd just remove any identifying info from the junk mail someone else had sent me and send that back in the prepaid envelopes. I like to think I was doing my part for the USPS and the planet that way.

Bottom of the letter says it all. It's basically an insurance policy for your yard line.
Not unlike the auto repair policies we see so often on TV.
I wonder if it would cover those old clay sewer lines. Or is there a disclaimer of sorts.
