Working on .300 Blackout primer pockets today
Put this together on the reloading bench tonight. Been waiting on the barrel and it finally arrived. I had reloaded about 40 rds of 300 HAM’R ammo while waiting, so now to just get it sighted in and test those loads.
I have a new batch of Lapua 7.62x54r I need to start processing. First is checking the neck wall thickness, then very likely running a mandrel through neck and turning to .010".
Only 200 pieces.
Finally pressed some out after a couple month hiatus. Used some of that already primed 9mm I got from American Reloading, managed to get 200 rounds pressed out in an hour on my RCBS Turret Press. 200 down, 800 more to go.
Working on .300 PRC brass today. FedEx updated trading for today. LRT and A-Tips are out for delivery.
Have 10 ready for a Satterlee work up. 39 prepped for fine tuning.
50th sacrificial lamb for a jam test then will use it for annealing.
These ADG primer pockets are nice and tight! Necks are all perfect after running them through my SAC bushing. Should give me exactly .002" neck tension.
