Another 10 rounds for a Satterlee Test using N570. Tiny bit of crunch @3.700 COAL but I can still get some shake after they seat. No marks from my stem. I'll check them again tomorrow and next to to be sure.

VV shows 2828 out of a 26" with max charge of 79.5. I should come close.

Been working on appx. 1000 rounds of 5.56 I inherited from a friend. It all came from his brother that used to go gather it up at the range where he was stationed at in the air force. I have it all resized and decapped. Have 550 rounds of it with primer pockets reamed and cleaned, deburred and brushed necks getting ready for the sonic cleaner and then working up a load with H335 and 60 grain v-max bullets. I'm running it through the trimmer then on to 5 other prep stations so it will be a process the first time around.

I love big lots of Military brass. The pain afterwards in my hands and arms, makes me know I'm still alive

Loaded 20 rounds of .308 for my M24R today.

175gr SMK, CCI-BR2, Lake City LR brass, and 42.7gr Varget at 2.810 COL.

Had to break out a new (old) can of Varget recently. Did a touch of charge weight testing, and this lot required a .1gr reduction.

Accuracy has always been in the 1/2 MOA range with its favorite load, but the rifle is picky...not a lot of leeway in charge weight to make you jump to a 3/4 - 1 MOA load. It's my only gripe with this gun, otherwise it is a hoot to shoot.

Verified my 42.7gr charge recently at 100, and then shot this at 250 yards for final verification (~.53 MOA, about where it should be):
