I have actually had good luck with the VA medical system and ATT. The VA Voc Rehab System is a bit of a joke though, which is real frustrating. TMobile is absolutely horrible as well, at one point in time I owed them 30 odd dollars, and even after I paid it off they sold it to 3 different collection agencies, 5 YEARS LATER. Found this out after i started the process to buy my home. what a pain in the butt. anytime i tried to egt in touch with Tmobile to resolve they told me to get bent and the collection agencies were horrible, as to be expected. It took 4 months to get it taken care of. I also hate Sirius XM. To get them to stop calling you takes an act of God. I spent about 3 months asking them to stop calling, until I started yelling at every one of their reps that called me. 2 months later, they stopped calling. I dont even get the letters anymore, its great.

I guess I've been pretty fortunate. I have had none of the problems you folks have had, with any company, individual, gov. agency, or auto dealer. I think I'll write a "how-to" book and sell it to you guys.

Those who’ve never had a problem may be the problem. [emoji6]. I’ve been pretty fortunate as well actually. I do hate the Braun’s at NW 164th and N Penn though. They made 2 lines at the drive thru so they can be twice as slow. They make the milkshakes so thick Stormy Daniels couldn’t suck it through a straw.

Hands down, Hughesnet. Never got so tired of trying to talk to non-english speaking filipinos in my life. Told me I wasn't authorized to terminate my service. When I quit paying, the bill was turned over to a collection agency. Finally, after a solid 4 hrs on phone, got some dude in Calif who was willing to work and managed to get things settled. I'd go back to using encyclopedia and carrier pigeons before I'd use Hughesnet again

We've been pretty impressed with the VA here in OK. Actually helpful and pretty quick at scheduling my wife's surgeries and appointments. Compared to Anchorage, AK and Lexington, KY it's night and day. Both of those went 4 years without diagnosing her massive kidney stones despite having them on CT scans and her constant kidney infections. If not for the Choice program in Alaska getting us a real urologist, she would have likely died. She hasn't once wanted to go outside the VA system since we moved here in 2019, so I still remain surprised.
The OKC VA is associated with the OU Med Center which is a level II trauma center. The Dr's that are in their Residency training spend time there as well getting in their required hours from what I understand. There is a senior specialist that reviews each of their diagnosis from what I understand as well.
We are very satisfied with their performance in the medical field.
Good to hear your wife is happy with their program. We are too.
