Reminds me of the fake white sidewalls that I put on my 1960 Ford Falcon. Those and baby moon hubcaps was the full extent of my attempt to "dress up" a vehicle.

What actually is impressive are the hubs are 8 Lug on this old Bronco II. D60 in the rear? Obviously not factory.

In some States, tires cannot extend out beyond the vehicle body.

I don't know where the pic was snapped, but it could be the owner got a ticket and found the cheapest way to gain compliance, and still thumb their nose at the regs.
