Don't know where it is, but I think it's what they used to call a pulling unit.
I don't know anything about the modern oil fields but I think the well has already come-in and they're conditioning it to be pumped.
I charge nothing for my opinion, and it's worth it too

Nah, it's a full sized 180' drilling derrick. The first guess is close but no cigar yet.
