Which semi-auto shotgun?

I have never owned one...only pump actions, and only Remingtons at that. Between Mossberg, Remington, etc...what has had the better track record for overall reliability?

Ultimately, I would love a Benelli M4, and have heard it refered to as the Cadillac of semi-auots. But I dont have 1300 to 1500 bucks to spend on one.

Check out the FN SLP, a few hundred bucks cheaper than the Benelli and cycles faster. Search online for the USMC's experiences with the Benelli M4 and you will not be impressed.

Remington's are better than mossy's IMO. My wife just got an M2, she is VERY happy with it (and it is very easy to clean)... well worth the wait to save up the $$$.

I like the Benelli M1's and M4's but The Siaga is worth a hard look.

i like the remington auto over the mossy.their just alot more reliable to me.but when it comes to pumps between the two i'll take either one not that much difference on how they shoot.
