I lost my A/C on Saturday (of course). Thinking it was the starter capacitor, I had to wait until today to go to Locke supply. Well, that wasn't the problem. So, I called Herman's Plumbing. They arrived ahead of schedule, quickly determined that the contactor switch that kicks in the compressor had dropped a leg. About half an hour and a new contactor switch and I was getting cold air again. They even checked my freon level.

Thumbs up to Herman's!

Did Locke identify which capacitor you needed or was the label still legible? Need to get back-ups for ours and label faded to nothing. Figured 2nd set of capacitor and contactor is good insurance.

This is what I got off my deeply faded label. If someone besides me that just licks fingers and starts wiggling crap can dicifer what size I need would go a long way in keeping my current hair style. Thanks.
