Krylon is tough. That rifle is a Factory FDE.

Krylon works pretty well but these are the two toughest paints I've used. They're tougher than Krylon. I don't paint anything with either of these if there's a chance I want to remove it. It'll come off but not without Zip-Strip, copper toothbrush and a few hours of elbow grease.
We used HS for our guns before I retired and the Army paint for weapons use is the Rust-oleum, however I use all three pretty regularly.
