You know this was actually in a newsletter? Funny how they applaud the aid handed out because it helps our children. But wait, what kind of example are those kids getting?

Israel is by far the greatest recipient of American aid, and she returns the favor by spying on us. Johnathan Pollard was a drop in the bucket. Isreal should be the very first free-loading nation to be weaned off the diseased tit of misguided American largesse. I'm tired of them people over there living out of my back pocket!
Drug testing of recipients and hiring a private firm to manage the handout programs is a start. There is too much corruption and abuse in the current system to fix.
