I got shot in the head with an air rifle when I was a kid. Hurt and bled like a stuck hog for about 20 min. Took two weeks for the pellet to work its way out of my head and had a headache for 3 days. Closet ive ever come to being shot.

Closest I've come to a gunshot wound was when I caught a piece of .357 in the wrist from the side blast of a poorly timed revolver in the lane next to me. It was a hot, dull pain and enough for me to not want to try the real thing.

I had an instructor in tech school, he'd been shot and stabbed. He said he'd take getting shot again over being stabbed.

When I was in high school a crackhead came after me with a knife and he cut me a few times and stabbed me in my left hand and all of the hand wounds hurt more than the others and it was way worse pain than the gunshot I received in the service but the gunshot has a lasting affect on me. when after healed up the only knife wound that seems to permanently affect me is the stab to my hand where the knife went through.

I dont want to be shot anywhere. I got grazed in the neck by a .22 richochet. that hurt bad enough. My great uncle took a BB point blank to the middle finger at full power. He had to have surgery to remove it.
